SEARCH PRODUCTS

How can I find the product that I am looking for?
Starting from the Home Page, you have different possibilities:
- if you want to find out what Ferragamotimepieces.com offers you, click on the category that you are interested in (Lady, Gent, Collections, What’s New), select a subcategory and you will view the items that you have requested, browsing through the many products that are offered.
- if you want to find a specific product, type in the box "Search" at the top of the page one or more terms relative to your search (for example, you can insert ‘Chronograph’, ‘Quartz’, ’Red patent’, etc.). A list of products regarding the words that you have searched will appear.

How can I purchase the product that I have viewed?
First of all, click on the desired product. This will allow you to see the product data sheet, containing all the detailed information with regards to the item.
Then, in order to make a purchase, click on "Add to the Cart ".
The page will update and you will be asked to log-in or to register, if you have not done it yet.


PURCHASE, ORDERS AND SHOPPING BAG

How can I purchase the products that I like?
Placing an order on Ferragamotimepieces.com is quick and easy.
Click on the product that you like in order to view the detailed product information about the item you have selected, then click on 'Add to shopping bag'. You will be able to decide whether to complete the purchase or continue shopping, looking for more items.
If you decide to go on with your shopping, while browsing you will continue to see the image of the shopping bag with its content.
Once you have finished shopping, in order to proceed with your order, click on 'Checkout'.
Please remember that in the first page of the shopping bag, you will be able to modify the quantity of the items that you intend to purchase or remove them.
If you want to complete the purchase, please proceed by logging-in to the website if you are a registered user or register if you have not done it yet.
Once the log-in has been completed, you will be asked to select an address for shipping and for invoicing: both fields have to be filled out.
In the following phase, you will be asked to choose among the available payment methods (credit cards, PayPal).
Finally, once your transaction has been properly verified, the information regarding your order will be sent to our Customer Service and a thank you message will inform you that your purchase has been successfully completed.

It is required to purchase the products that I add to the shopping bag?
You are not obligated to purchase. You can add the products that you like and then decide not to complete your order, even though you have inserted products in the shopping bag.

How do I complete the purchase?
After inserting the data necessary for the payment, if the transaction is successful, a thank you message will inform you that the purchase has been correctly completed. After that, you will receive an e-mail with the details relative to your order and the confirmation that it has been correctly received.

How can I verify the status of my order?
In order to verify the status of your order, please log-in, enter in the 'My account' section and go to 'Orders management': you will find there all the information that you are looking for.

PAYMENTS

What are the payment methods accepted?
Ferragamotimepieces.com accepts payments through credit cards and PayPal.

Which credit cards can I use?
The credit cards that are currently accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Is using my credit card on Ferragamotimepieces.com safe? Your data are completely safe. As a matter of fact, when the order is placed the credit card data are sent to Saferpay and they are protected from unauthorized access.

When am I going to be charged for my order? For orders paid with credit cards, your account will be charged at the moment the order is completed. We remind you that you will only be charged the amount of the products that will be actually shipped.

My credit card was denied, and now?
There are several reasons why the credit card transaction can be denied. The most common reason is that the billing address you have entered does not match with the address of the credit card holder. In this case, try with the correct billing address.
A simple typing error can use cause rejection of the transaction, therefore the credit card number, expiration date and CVN-code (security number on back of card) must be properly inserted.
If your credit card is still not allowed, we give you some advice:
- Make sure that the credit card has not exceeded the limit
- Make sure that the card has not expired
- Make sure that the card belongs to the circuits accepted by ferragamotimepieces.com (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
- Make sure that you have correctly typed the name on the front of the card
- Try with another credit card
- Wait a day and try again

How can I use PayPal?
You can choose PayPal as payment method in the payment data page. By clicking on 'Continue', the PayPal log-in page will appear and you will be able to access your account and complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you will be able to create one directly from the PayPal log-in page, before completing the order.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is the average delivery time of the merchandise purchased?
The delivery of the products purchased on Ferragamotimepieces.com takes places within 15 business days from the date of the order and is carried out by an authorized courier.
Please note that delivery times could be affected by delays in case of festivities and that the courier cannot deliver during holidays and weekends.

Can I insert a post office box as my delivery address?
Please do not insert a post office box in the address field because our courier will not be able to deliver the products that you have purchased. Therefore, we ask you to please insert a physical delivery address.

What happens if the recipient is not present at the moment of delivery?
In case the recipient or the person authorized to receive the products is absent, our courier will leave a note and will contact the client by phone at the number indicated on the website at the time of purchase, in order to agree on a new delivery. For this reason the telephone number is requested in the shipping form, along with the other data.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?
If the products you received come across any manufacturing defects, or you are not satisfied with them, you can return them to us. Please refer to our Return policy page for more information.

If the product I have purchased, still under warranty or beyond the warranty, has a problem, who should I contact?
